Once again, financially strapped actress Lindsay Lohan is being accused of having sticky fingers. According to reports, the troubled starlet and her brother, Michael Lohan, Jr. struck a deal with tech entrepreneur Fima Potik to work on an e-commerce site called Spotted Friend. The app would allow users to see what clothes their favorite celebs have in their closet and purchase them. Though the siblings and Potik parted ways, the Lohans reportedly started raising money for a similar app. A lawyer for the duo denied wrongdoing after Potik’s lawyer slapped them with a cease & desist order stating, “We intend to take all action necessary…to protect Spotted Friend’s and Mr. Potik’s legal rights and commercial interests.”

This is the latest setback for the often troubled 28-year-old Mean Girls actress. In early 2008, Lilo allegedly stole an $11,000 fur coat from a student at the Manhattan club 1Oak. That incident was reportedly resolved with a financial settlement and the return of the coat to its owner. Five years later, Lohan was accused of stealing Elizabeth Taylor’s bracelet from the set of the Lifetime flop Liz & Dick. The six-time rehab devotee was also accused of stealing clothing and jewelry from the set of Anger Management.
