All Charges Dismissed in Amanda Bynes' Bong-Throwing Case

ABYUNES

Things are continuing to improve for Amanda Bynes. A judge has dismissed all charges against the actress in the bong-throwing case from last year.

In case you forgot, the 28-year-old was charged with marijuana possession, evidence tampering and reckless endangerment when cops showed up to her NYC apartment and she allegedly threw her bong out the window.

However, a judge said in January that the charges would be dismissed if Amanda stayed out of trouble for six months and went to counseling twice a week. When her lawyer appeared in court on Monday…that’s just what happened.

After months in treatment and therapy last fall, the She’s the Man star began attending class at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising while living under the conservatorship of her parents in California.
