After Lindsay Lohan‘s failed attempts to refresh her career, she’s come up with a new plan: revamp her boobs!
“Her breasts are almost down to her elbows and she’s decided she desperately needs to get them lifted,” says a source close to LiLo. “She’s always denied she’s had surgery, but she got implants when she was 17 and needs them redone…but she’s broke.”
Her solution is to find a rich bosom buddy. “If anyone can raise the cash for a breast-lift, Lindsay can,” whispers a pal. “She’s desperate to get them done before the end of the summer.”
