Now that Miley Cyrus has recovered from her illness, it doesn’t seem she can be slowed down! The singer is currently continuing her Bangerz tour in Europe, and amidst the busy schedule of live shows, she’ll also perform at the Billboard Music Awards.
Because she’ll be overseas, the 21-year-old will have to perform remotely from England. It’s expected to be a big night for her, though, as she’s a finalist in eight different categories, including Top Artist.
After canceling two weeks worth of US tour dates and a couple of shows in Europe, Miley is finally getting back onstage tonight — and she’s not shy regarding her excitement about it! “I can’t f—ing wait forrrrr the shooowwwww tonight,” she tweeted.
Ricky Martin was also announced as Billboard Music Awards performer on Tuesday. Previously announced acts include Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, 5 Seconds of Summer, Florida Georgia Line, Jason Derulo, Imagine Dragons, Luke Bryan, John Legend and One Republic.
The BBMA’s will air May 18 on ABC at 8:00 p.m. ET.
