The comeback continues for Amanda Bynes. On Monday, the troubled actress’ attorney appeared in court and struck a plea deal for her 2012 DUI arrest.
He entered a no-contest plea for a “wet reckless,” which is a lesser charge than a DUI, on Amanda’s behalf. The judge sentenced the 27-year-old to three years probation, and she’ll also be required to complete a 3 month alcohol education class.
Last summer, the She’s the Man star entered rehab after setting fire to a driveway in California. This occurred after she faced several other legal problems, including allegedly throwing a bong out her window. She was released from rehab in December under her parents’ care in California, and has recently been attending classes at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
