Just over a month after Paul Walker’s fatal car accident, more details about his death have come to light in a new report issued by the Los Angeles County Coroner. The report confirms that speed was the main cause of the crash, noting that the special edition 2005 Porsche the actor was riding in was going more than 100 mph.

The autopsy outlines the crash in detail, explaining Paul’s deeply charred skin that had been burned in the crash. His friend, Roger Rodas, who’d been driving the car, was so badly burned that he had to be identified by dental records. Meanwhile, the 40-year-old also “cannot be positively recognized visually.”

“For unknown reasons, the driver lost control of the vehicle, and the vehicle partially spun around,” the report says. There is no indication that any sort of mechanical failure or defect contributed to the accident.
