We already know that Lea Michele can sing in Glee club and on Broadway, but does she have what it takes to be a solo artist?! The actress is currently preparing to release her first album Louder, and the lead single “Cannonball” is already here.
Louder became available for presale on Tuesday, and those who pre-ordered were given a free, instant download of the first song. On Monday, she also revealed the album cover for the first time.
Lea recently revealed that the album will have a specific song called “You’re Mine” dedicated to her late boyfriend Cory Monteith, who died of an accidental drug overdose in July. The 27-year-old will perform “Cannonball” for the first time Thursday on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, and “Louder” is currently set for a March release date.
