Dianna Agron Returning to Glee For 100th Episode

Dianna Agron

It’s going to be a full house on Glee for the show’s 100th episode! On Tuesday, the show’s creator, Ryan Murphy, extended an invitation to all the original cast members to return for episode 100.

Shortly after, he announced that Amber Riley (Mercedes), Mark Saling (Puck) and Harry Shum Jr. (Mike) were already in. All three have appeared in Season 3 and 4 episodes, despite being changed from series regulars to recurring stars. Most recently, they starred in a tribute episode for Cory Monteith, which aired in October.

Next, Heather Morris got in on the action, and Ryan confirmed that she’d also be returning. The 26-year-old left the show at the end of last season when she got pregnant, and hasn’t returned since. After Heather, it was revealed that former recurring guest star Kristin Chenoweth would be reprising her role as Mr. Schuster’s (Matthew Morrison) old classmate, April Rhodes.

And last, but not least, Ryan tweeted that Dianna Agron would also be joining the cast for its milestone episode. After only appearing in three episodes of Season 4, the actress hasn’t returned this year yet, and it was rumored she was feuding with cast and crew members when she didn’t come back for Cory’s tribute.

“There will be some news today that I think might make many of you happy….it makes me happy too,” she wrote before the news broke, later adding, “Going to be fun…. #glee100.”

Original cast members Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, Naya Rivera, Jenna Ushkowitz and Kevin McHale, who are all still regulars on the show, will also be in the big episode, which airs March 18, 2014.
