Two years after their separation, Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have reportedly finalized their divorce. A source tells Page Six that the exes signed their divorce paperwork and could file the legal documents as soon as next week.
In November 2011, the actress announced her decision to end the six-year marriage after Ashton was caught cheating. However, the Two and a Half Men star didn’t file for divorce until December 2012, with Demi issuing her response papers in March 2013. The now 50-year-old asked for both spousal support and attorney fees in her request, though, which is what has kept the finalization looming.
“There had been lengthy negotiations between lawyers for both sides about the settlement,” a source tells the paper. “In particular, how much he owed her for the marriage.
Amidst the couple’s drama, Ashton began dating his former That 70’s Show costar Mila Kunis in April 2012.
