It’s official — Dakota Johnson and Charlie Hunnam will be taking on the roles of Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey in the anticipated film adaptation of 50 Shades of Grey. The book’s author, E.L. James, made the official announcement on Monday.
Because of the actors’ lesser-known status, the decision seems to have garnered an overall negative response from fans.
Charlie is best known for his role on Sons of Anarchy, while Dakota starred on Fox’s Ben and Kate.
