Zayn Malik opened up about a personal problem he was dealing with while touring with his former band One Direction.
The singer revealed in his new book, Zayn, that he was suffering from an eating disorder in 2014.
He admitted he’d go, “two or three days straight – without eating anything at all” and didn’t want to recognize how serious it was getting.
Zayn added, “I didn’t feel like I had control over anything else in my life, but food was something I could control.”
