T.J. Miller is the star of the upcoming movie, Office Christmas Party, and HBO show Silicon Valley and according to multiple media reports was arrested early Friday morning for allegedly hitting his driver.
Miller was charged with battery and then released from custody but has to appear in court to try and reconcile with the victim. He is still scheduled to host the Critics Choice Awards on Sunday night.
