With Taylor Swift’s album release just 12 days away, the promotion is in full swing! On Tuesday, the singer released another song from 1989 called “Out of the Woods,” which immediately shot to the top of iTunes charts, and on Wednesday, her newly-released Diet Coke ad gave another sneak peek at her latest masterpiece.
In the cute commercial, the 24-year-old sits among a group of cats (including her own, Olivia!) while drinking a bottle of Diet Coke. In the background, a brief snippet of one of her new tracks plays. “And that’s how it works, that’s how you get the girl, girl,” she sings.
“Behold, the Diet Coke ad that depicts my perfect world. Featuring a new song and Olivia, who is now a cat actress,” she tweeted with a link to the video.
Taylor gave fans another album hint this week, too, by posting a photo of song lyrics on Instagram. “It’s a new soundtrack I could dance to this beat…forevermore,” she writes, with the words in front of a city skyline (the song is presumably about her recent move to New York City).
1989 hits stores on Oct. 27.
