When talking about the importance of recovery in fitness, the notorious muscle-man and co-founder of Performance Inspired, a natural supplement line, shared his secrets for beating post-workout soreness. “You have to work through the pain,” the former underwear model explained. “Say you work out and you’re sore the next day, you go do a workout. Fifteen, twenty minutes into the workout that pain is gone… If you go out there and kill it, and then don’t work out again you’ll be sore for two weeks, and you won’t recover,” he concluded.
