Sofia Vergara and her ex Nick Loeb are in a bitter war over the use of their embryos.
The actress is claiming he’s only fighting her because she’s a big TV star and he wants attention and fame.
Loeb wants to implant the embryos into a surrogate and become a father and Sofia is fighting him every step of the way. The former couple has a legal agreement, which states that neither party can use the embryos without the other’s consent.
