It was the quote the scene at Blac Chyna’s home in Los Angeles. The police were called by her neighbors after they complained about too many cars being parked on street. Chyna then reportedly became frustrated and got into a verbal altercation with her neighbors about very loud early morning construction. She said it disturbed her 8-month-old daughter, Dream.
