The pregnant KUWTK reality star, 34, and her mini-me were spotted on Monday, September 7, in New York City doing some retail therapy together, while the “All Day” rapper was off doing his own thing.

Their first stop was at a Toys R Us in Times Square, where North was caught multiple times posing for the cameras in a Kanye-inspired slouchy gray top and some shiny, leather pants rolled up just above her tiny combat boots. And did we forget to mention the gold chain? We’re going to take a guess that Kanye dressed little Nori that morning.

And the 6-month pregnant Kardashian hasn’t had the willpower to hang up her heels quiet yet either—as she was spotted with some (painful) stiletto heels that didn’t look to be kind to her bloated feet.

Even though Kim was seen wearing a long, black coat in the warm weather during her time in the Big Apple this weekend, she’s been under fire about her sudden weight gain during her second pregnancy, which she recently said in an interview could prompt doctors to remove her uterus after she delivers their son in December.
Now, Kim has a top secret plan about how to shed that pregnancy weight though and why she won’t have to work so hard to lose it post-birth this time like she did with North in 2013. To avoid a similar struggle after having baby number two, Kim is determined to stay as slim as possible up until her December due date and has been working with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak to keep her weight under control.
