Mama June Shannon is risking her life to lose weight. In a new promo for her show, Mama June: From Not To Hot, fans see just how far she’s willing to go to reach her goal.
The reality TV star wakes up from her risky skin removal surgery in immense pain. Her medical assistant, Brenda, checks in on her after the procedure.
“You are looking hot, Mama,” she says. “The doctor said everything went great and in the morning you get to lose all of these little bulbs. You look like a Christmas tree.”
Brenda also relieves some of June’s anxiety and says she called her family in Georgia to let them know she’s awake and recovering.
