Leah Remini first wrote a book about leaving the Church of Scientology and now she’s made documentary about the institute. She appeared on the TODAY show with Savannah Guthrie to talk about the docu-series, Leah Remini: Scientology and the Aftermath.
She said, “People are talking about their experiences of physical abuse, mental abuse,” adding, “and to be called a liar, to victimize victims is not OK with me.”
