Police in Menasha, Wisconsin arrested a 26-year-old man and 29-year-old woman who allegedly left their 4-year-old child at home to go out and pull scary clown pranks. The two men pictured in the video dressed up in their costumes amid reports of clowns assaulting young children, while the woman served as their driver. Following an investigation, Child Protective Services has recommended charges of child neglect to the District Attorney’s office.
