Kathy Griffin‘s desperate apology over her bleeding decapitated Donald Trump photo came a little too late for CNN, it’s been revealed.
CNN has terminated our agreement with Kathy Griffin to appear on our New Year’s Eve program.

The major network just announced they have pulled the plug on her contract with them, meaning she’s lost her spot on the New Year’s Eve program.
RadarOnline.com first reported the buzz that there was grumbling going on that she should be fired for what she posted. But one person in particular, Anderson Cooper, was pushing execs to cut ties sooner than later.
“CNN is officially saying they are evaluating Kathy’s place on CNN New Year’s Eve, but it’s OVER and just a matter of time before they announce they’ve dumped her,” a source exclusively told Radar. “At least if Anderson has anything to do with it.”
After Kathy tweeted the disturbing photo, Anderson sent an appalling tweet to his fans letting him know he didn’t support her motive.
For the record, I am appalled by the photo shoot Kathy Griffin took part in. It is clearly disgusting and completely inappropriate.

“Insiders are saying [Kathy is] very disappointed with Anderson for not defending her. He ran away. Anderson even publicly distanced himself from her. But Anderson doesn’t want to be seen in public with her ever again,” the source told Radar, adding that the network was panicking they’d quickly lose advertisers if they kept her on board.
