Over a year and a half later, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck‘s divorce hasn’t budged an inch.
In fact, during the summer months the troubled pair appeared to be working through their problems and were even considering calling off their divorce. But now, their relationship may be crumbling again after Jen was caught wiping tears from her eyes as she and Ben took a walk earlier this month.
To make matters worse, later that evening Ben was all smiles with fans on The Accountant red carpet, appearing as though he was unfazed by Jen’s emotional afternoon with him.
Instead of letting the kids — Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4 — spend time with their dad, Jen was caught bringing them along to a charity walk for ALS in Los Angeles with other A-listers on Oct. 16.
