The 2016 presidential race experienced a plot twist when Hillary Clinton was caught collapsing at the 911 Memorial event in New York City.
Now, new explosive claims have come to light that her scary episode at the memorial was only skimming the surface of her condition. RadarOnline reported that one of President Obama‘s senior advisors is blowing the lid off her medical crisis — claiming the Secretary of State may have suffered not one, but two mini-strokes during her time in administration.
