It’s been a rough year for Glee star Mark Salling. The actor was indicted on child pornography charges and is now being investigated on rape charges.
RadarOnline.com learned that the sexual assault allegations are “under review” according to the LA County DA.
According to the papers, a 22-year-old woman told police Mark attacked her four years ago when they were in a brief relationship.
Mark is potentially facing 20 years in prison for possession of child porn and Radar learned there are 100,000 pages of evidence against him.
At this time though, the deputy on the case explained there is “insufficient evidence” to continue with it.
