Bill Cosby attempted to fake a smile as he arrived for his sex assault case on June 5.
The former Cosby Show actor learned not long before he was standing outside the court house that his plea to not serve jail time was denied by the judge.

“He’s desperate, his defense is desperate because [what he’s accused of is] indefensible,” a source told RadarOnline.com. “It should be mentioned that they [the defense] came to [prosecutors] because the day of reckoning has arrived and maybe he’s opened his eyes and realized that he’s about to go to prison maybe for the rest of his life.”
As Star reported, the 79-year-old is facing the justice system after more than 40 victims accused him of drugging and raping them.
