Amber Heard was scheduled to testify against Johnny Depp in their ongoing divorce, but delayed her deposition due to an “emergency.”
According to court documents, the actress was scheduled to be deposed on August 12, but failed to book a flight to Los Angeles from London, where she is filming Justice League.
Her attorneys said, “To no fault of her own, Amber was unable to arrange for a flight to travel” and requested to reschedule the deposition for the following day.
