Baby Number Two? How Ryan Gosling And Eva Mendes Are Planning To Save Their Relationship

According to an insider, the Notebook actor, “loves the idea of another baby and says their relationship was at its happiest when Eva was pregnant.”

But maybe another baby isn’t the best idea for the notoriously private couple.

As Star previously reported, the stress of being new parents has taken a serious toll on the couple’s relationship since the pair welcomed their daughter Esmeralda into the world only last year.

“They’re amicable in front of Esmeralda. But once she’s tucked into bed, the tensions surface. They spend all their time either arguing or in complete silence,” the source revealed.

Ryan’s new movie, La La Land, in which he stars alongside 27-year-old stunner, Emma Stone has also been detrimental to his relationship with Eva, reportedly causing some serious jealousy issues between the two.

But apparently the couple isn’t ready to give up just yet. “They have too much to lose at this point by calling it off, and despite all their problems they do still love each other,” the insider stated.

But the drastic measure of having another baby to save their relationship has people close to the couple concerned. “Of course, their friends and family are worried they’re rushing into this for the wrong reasons,” the source added, “but they both have this belief that it’s the best way to get their romance back on track.”
