A woman who's also expecting met the 37-year-old on Australia's Bondi Beach. She told
Sky News that the two bonded over their pregnancies. "Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag,"
Charlotte Waverly said.

"She said she was up at 4.30am this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep." The Duchess of Sussex probably also has actual jet lag, since Australia is ten hours ahead of London.

Best Health Magazine that she started attending mommy and me classes when she was seven years old. Baby Windsor has an even bigger head start than she did.

On the beach, the Duke and Duchess got down and dirty in the sand with a group of eccentric local surfers. It was "Fluoro Friday," where the group sits in Anti Bad Vibe Circles so people can express themselves comfortably and candidly. It's all a part of a focus on mental health, one of the issues Harry champions.
