Kim Zolciak took to her Instagram on Friday to update her followers on her son Kash Biermann’s recovery following his terrifying dog attack, back in April. Kash was brutally attacked by a dog and rushed to the hospital after being bit on his head, nearly losing a vital organ.

He performed the surgery the night Kash was bit,” Kim captioned a photo of Kash and his doctor. “He said, ‘He is pleased with his progress and he doesn't feel he will need additional surgeries’ THANK YOU GOD and Thank you Dr Williams for your magical hands.”
