DIRECTIONS
Muddle jalapeño in a glass with a salted rim, combine remainder of ingredients except Mexican lager in a shaker, shake vigorously, strain over fresh ice and add Mexican lager.

Ingredients:
3 oz. strawberry lemonade
3 dashes Strawberry Rhubarb bitters
2-3 oz. Chandon Rosé

2 large strawberries, quartered
Preparation:
Pour the strawberry lemonade into shaker.
Add the bitters and ice and shake
Strain into a coupe or other decorative glass
Add the summer savory and strawberries

Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (10 oz) bottle club soda
1 (750 milliliter) bottle of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Pinot Grigio
1 lemon, sliced
Ice
Preparation:
Dissolve sugar in the lemon juice in a large pitcher.
Add club soda, Pinot Grigio, lemon slices and mix well. Note, do not add ice cubes until ready to serve or it will dilute the sangria.
Pour into glasses and garnish with star fruit, strawberries, blueberries and/or mint leaves

Ingredients:
1 1/2 parts Basil Hayden's® Bourbon
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 parts Simple Syrup
7 Blackberries
7 Mint Leaves
2-3 parts Sparkling Wine
Preparation:
Muddle 6 blackberries and 6 mint leaves in a Boston Shaker with 1/4 part simple syrup.
In the mixing glass, combine Basil Hayden's® Bourbon, lemon juice and remaining simple syrup and add to the muddled blackberries and mint leaves.
Add ice and shake.
Double strain into a Collins glass with fresh crushed ice.
Top with sparkling wine.
Garnish with a skewered mint leaf and blackberry.

Ingredients:
ONEHOPE Sparkling Brut
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 cups lemonade
2 cups water
Preparation:
Blend blueberries in a blender or food processor until an even consistency is reached. Add water slowly to the blender to help reach desired consistency. Pour blueberry mixture into a bowl.
Repeat step 1 with raspberries.
In a popsicle mold, pour your raspberry mixture into each mold until 1/3 of the mold is full. Freeze your first layer.
Once raspberry layer is frozen, repeat with your lemonade and blueberry mixture.
When popsicles are completely frozen, remove from the mold and place in a wine glass.

Ingredients:
2 parts dark rum

5 parts chilled Q Ginger Beer
1 pineapple slice
Preparation:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the rum and lime juice and shake well.
Pour the Q Ginger Beer into an ice-filled highball glass and then top with pineapple juice and then the shaken rum.
Garnish with a pineapple slice.

Muddle charred peach slices with basil leaves and set aside.
