Bruce Jenner's Neighbors Have Had Enough--How He's Ruining Their Lives!

Bruce Jenner is doing more than changing his gender. His Malibu home is also getting a pretty heavy makeover including carving a dune-buggy track. "Bruce has no permits filed with the city. The whole thing is totally illegal," one of his neighbors exclusively tells Star. Between the dust and the noise, Bruce's 11-acre home construction is causing all kinds of uproar and disaster for his Malibu neighborhood.

With California's drought, his neighbor is also worried about fire hazards Bruce is creating for the area. "He is putting our homes and our safety in jeopardy," his neighbor says about the construction vehicles on the dry landscape. "He is very irresponsible and horrible to live near."

When residents tried to address their concerns with Bruce about the dangers, noise and dust he is creating in the area, the reality star was said to be "rude, arrogant and apathetic." Now, homeowners in Bruce's neighborhood area are seeking authorities as next steps.

And that's not all. His neighbors are also concerned about his continued reckless driving, even after his February crash that killed one driver. "Bruce drives like a maniac. He's on his phone in his car or speeding in the dune buggy. He's going to hurt someone again if he doesn't slow down," Bruce's neighbor adds.
