But money isn't the only thing on the couple's mind! Reports reveal Amber claims Johnny hit her, and threw a bottle of wine and cellphone at her at their L.A penthouse in a
"violent attack", despite not filing a report at the time of the alleged assault.

The 30-year-old blonde also slapped her former flame with a domestic violence
restraining order after which she was spotted leaving a Los Angeles court with bruises on her face.

Despite the court granting the temporary restraining order, Johnny's attorney, Laura Wasser believes Amber's assault allegations are financial in motive, calling the claims "wildly premature."
