The pair will trade their daughter back and forth every four days. Not only did she lose her request for Chris’ visits to be supervised, but she also won’t be raking in that $15K child support she was begging for. At the end of the hearing, the judge ordered Nia to nix the Chris-bashing on social media. She’s probably one sad sack right now.
Frustrated Chris Brown and baby mama Nia Guzman are headed to court on Friday, September 11, to hash out a joint custody agreement for their one-year-old daughter, Royalty, but getting shared custody isn’t the singer’s only priority. Chris reportedly wants the courts to issue a gag order to stop Nia from blasting him in the news and on social media.

The “Loyal” singer and model are in the midst of a public feud, with both taking shots at each other’s parenting skills and dangerous behavior.
Recently, Chris lashed out on Instagram after reports surfaced in August that cops were searching for Nia’s former boyfriend for forging bad U.S. Treasury checks, saying “All that safety talk and not allowing me to see my daughter contradicts everything. Funny how I work a legit job and love my daughter to the fullest and I’m in her life. Well, if it ain’t the pot calling the kettle black. #goddontlikeugly.” Nia responded, “What’s funny is I’m a single mother… I moved away from Houston… He is a single man! Tuhhhhh @chrisbrownofficial.”

But their social media battles aren’t the only beef that the two will discuss in court—Nia is also demanding more child support. She reportedly wants Chris to pay $15,000 per month instead of the $2,500 that she’s currently receiving. Needless to say, the hip-hop star questions Nia’s motives. He posted a cryptic tweet on August 6 suggesting that she is using their daughter as her “meal ticket” and just wants more money.
