Rumors are cooking up about celebrity chef Paula Deen’s possible divorce settlement with her husband of 11 years. The notorious chef quietly handed over the deed to a million-dollar home to him, reports Page Six.

According to documents filed in Georgia earlier this year, the butter-lovin’ Paula, 68, granted her husband, Michael Groover, the deed to their three-bedroom, three-bathroom, 5,646-square-foot Savannah mansion, worth an estimated $1.3 million.

The two have battled divorce rumors over the past few years, and reports have claimed she was close to leaving her husband after discovering he had an alleged affair with a “sexy, middle-aged brunette,” a claim he clearly stated was false. Now, insiders speculate the deed transfer could be part of a possible divorce settlement.

“These rumors are completely false—they have a wonderful marriage. This deed of gift was just a part of Paula’s estate-planning process. Her new cookbook, ‘Paula Deen Cuts the Fat,’ comes out on Sept. 8 and is dedicated to her husband, Michael,” a spokesman for Deen said about the divorce rumors.

In June, Star reported that the Food Network star was still trying to get out of the financial hole that came with her 2013 racial discrimination case, by selling her Savannah mansion for $12.5 million because her income has severely diminished. And even though she won her lawsuit in 2013, Paula is still feeling the aftermath. “Paula spends like she’s pulling in $15 million a year, but she isn’t… not by a long shot,” an insider told Star. “Paula’s plan is to relocate to New York City so she can hustle venture capitalists and media buyers to get cash infusions for her web network.”
