Prosecutor Questions Lindsay Lohan's Community Service Completion

Lindsay Lohan Community Service

Apparently holding meet and greets with fans doesn’t qualify as community service these days!

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer appeared in court on her behalf Wednesday, where he was to submit proof of the actress’ progress on 240 hours of community service…and the documents claim she finished 80 hours in just 9 days. The City Attorney is, of course, questioning the completion — LiLo recently starred in London’s West End play Speed the Plow, and reportedly counted post-show meet and greets toward her hours. Additionally, according to RadarOnline, the red-headed starlet also listed days she was hospitalized for Chinkungunya as time she was doing community service.

To settle this, the judge set another court date for Feb. 18, during which the Mean Girls star is expected to provide further proof that she completed the work. However, prosecutors were denied their request to have Lindsay appear in person, so it’s expected that her attorney will show up once again instead.

Should the judge find that the 28-year-old’s community service isn’t legit, she could potentially face more jail time.
