Teen Mom star Ryan Edwards was involved in a serious car accident on Friday that left him bloody and bandaged on the side of the road in Tennessee. The reality star, who is the father of Maci Bookout’s six-year-old son, Bentley, looked pretty bad after the wreck, but was luckily able to avoid any serious injuries.
“Ryan was involved in a car accident yesterday, the articles “reporting the story” have many errors in their facts,” Maci tweeted. “Thankfully Ryan is okay!”
According to TMZ, the crash happened when Ryan’s car crashed into another head-on, and although the investigation is ongoing, witnesses claim to have seen him driving over the double yellow line while allegedly speeding. Ryan decided against going to the hospital, and was picked up on the side of the road by a friend.
Teen Mom will return with its original cast on MTV next year.
