It’s been months of side hugs for Jessa Duggar and Ben Seewald — but that still didn’t have the couple in any rush to smooch immediately after saying “I do!” The 19 Kids and Counting stars, instead, decided to save the momentous moment for afterward, when they could share their first kiss privately.
The decision is different from that of Jessa’s older sister, Jill Duggar, who famous shared her first kiss with husband Derick Dillard at the altar in front of 1,000 guests and the family’s reality show cameras.
Jessa and Ben got engaged in August, and have been openly discussing their plans for a big wedding ever since. On Saturday, they tied the knot at their church in Arkansas in front of nearly 1,000 friends and family members.
