Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra’s daughter will wear hand-me-downs…but it’s something the couple couldn’t be more excited about! The Teen Mom stars were given a very special baby gift from the couple who adopted their first daughter, Carly.
The 22-year-old took to Instagram to share a photo of one-sies and a doll, which she explained belonged to Carly as a newborn. “The BEST gift for our new little girl was from Brandon and Teresa… Carlys first baby doll and two outfits she wore as a baby…” the reality star captioned the photo. “I about balled and this is the most precious thing to me now…. for our daughter to have some of Carlys things are beyond amazing and touching… something I will never forget…”
As teenagers, Catelynn and Tyler famously made the decision to give their first born up for adoption on MTV’s 16 and Pregnant, a decision they’ve been coping with ever since. Earlier this year, though, the duo announced the news that they’re expecting yet again, and plan to keep the baby this time.
The couple’s daughter is due in December, and on Sunday, Catelynn shared the latest photo of her bump. In the intimate shot, Tyler cradles his lady’s growing belly. “My man is the best man…” she wrote. “he is the world’s most amazing father love him with all my heart and soul.”
