Justin Bieber is finally catching a break!

Last December, the 20-year-old was charged with criminal assault for allegedly attacking a limousine driver in Toronto. Lucky for him, though, the charges were dropped on Monday.

“We welcome the decision of the office of the Crown Attorney to withdraw the charge, having reached the conclusion that there was no reasonable prospect of conviction,” the singer’s attorney said in a statement.

Justin’s other, Howard Weitzman, also confirmed that the charges have been dropped. “The Crown did not believe there was a reasonable probability of conviction and they chose not to proceed,” he said.

Still, the Biebs hasn’t gotten past all of his legal troubles just yet. Last Tuesday, he was arrested and charged for dangerous driving and assault after getting into an ATV accident with paparazzi.
