Star was on the red carpet at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles Sunday, and caught up with Bella Thorne, Sarah Hyland, Jordin Sparks and Chloe-Grace Moretz at the star-studded event!

Check out our Q&A sessions with the celebs here:

We always love chatting with you and seeing you on the red carpet! How’d you decide on this awesome dress?

Sarah: Given that I’m hosting this year, there are so many outfit changes, so this is just one of the many you’re going to see tonight. But I loved this dress from the minute I saw it and thought it’d look great. I’m pretty easy when it comes to figuring out what to wear. And this dress is really comfortable and not too heavy since it’s hot out! I feel like I’m always sweating and a mess.

Are you nervous to host the Teen Choice Awards?

Sarah: I’m not so much nervous as I am excited! I just can’t wait to get on stage and look down and see all of these celebrities that I know and love, so many of my friends that I haven’t seen in a while. Everyone looks so amazing, so it’ll be nice to catch up and have a little fun. I just hope I don’t screw it up too bad! I had a nightmare last night that I lost my voice during the show, so I’m praying that doesn’t happen.

Who would you say you’re most excited to see?

Sarah: One of my best friends, Taylor [Swift], is here and I haven’t seen her in awhile so I can’t wait to find her. They’ve been rushing me around so I haven’t gotten a chance to give her a hug. I need to find her soon. She’s around here somewhere!

You’re cast mate on Modern Family, Sofia Vergara, seems to have found love recently! Has she said anything about it to you?

Sarah: Sofia is one of the biggest role models in my life and I’m just so happy that she is happy. That’s all I could ever hope, that she is happy all the time. And the truth is, she is! She is always happy, and it’s refreshing

You look amazing! Who are you wearing?

Bella: Thank you — I know, I love it! It’s by Zendaya Coleman. I put it on and immediately was like, “This is so Teen Choice!” It’s perfect.

You’ve grown up in the public eye and there are a lot of temptations in Hollywood. How have you managed to stay on track?

Bella: I think what it comes down to is just knowing who you are and what you want out of life, in a way. I think that I’ve always been a really driven person and I have this sort of tunnel vision to success that maybe some people don’t necessarily have. It’s a lot of work, being in this industry. But if you are consistent and can manage to keep a good head on your shoulders, I think it all sort of falls into place. So, I just try to remember who I am and where I come from and my values, and just stick to that.

You were just in the movie Blended with Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler. How was that?

Bella: It was pretty unreal, honestly! It’s just that I’ve watched the two of them act since I was a little girl and never would I have thought that I’d be going over lines with them for a role. WHen I got the part I was in shock for, like, two weeks straight. But they were the best. Adam couldn’t have been more helpful and Drew is just a riot! She had me laughing basically the entire time we were shooting and her laugh is just so contagious, so it was a lot of fun. Filming that movie flew by. The whole experience was awesome and I still talk to Drew even while we’re not shooting. She’s an amazing mentor.

What was your favorite memory about shooting with the two of them?

Bella: I can’t even answer that question seriously because there were countless times where I was like, ‘Is this actually happening?’ The best one was when Adam had a real live cheetah on his back. Like, the cheetah was actually going to eat him and Adam was freaking out. At the time it was really scary, but looking back, the whole thing makes me laugh.

What are your goals in the entertainment industry moving forward?

Bella: I really love where I am right now in my career and want to just keep working consistently like how I’ve been. I love making music and acting has always been a strong passion of mine, so if I can continue down this road, I’d pretty much be ecstatic. Things are great!

This outfit is absolutely insane!

Jordin: Thank you so much! I feel really good in it. It’s a little on the wild side, but it’ll get people talking. That’s good, right? Isn’t that what entertainers are supposed to do?

Yes! Speaking of entertainers, your boyfriend, Jason Derulo, and you seem so in love! Do you think he’ll pop the question soon?

Jordin: Oh, I don’t know! I’m not supposed to know! If I knew, it would be all messed up. But yes, we are so in love and he is everything to me. I can’t get through a lot of what I go through without him, so I just feel really blessed to have him on my team and on my side. He’s one of the most understanding emotional people I’ve ever met and he just gets me, which is really nice. I just feel really fortunate to have him. He’s my everything!

Have you dropped any hints on a style ring that you have in mind?

Jordin: No comment!

This really seems to be your year! Are you excited or nervous for your big film If I Stay to be released?

Chloe: Oh my gosh, I seriously just can’t wait! I feel like I’ve been waiting for it to come out forever. August 22 it will be in theaters, so everyone go check it out. It’s such an awesome movie and the cast and the directors and producers I got the pleasure of working with were unbelievably talented. Not only did I have fun on set, but I learned a ton. I just can’t wait for everyone to see it!

Rumors are out that you’re dating Brooklyn Beckham. Is it true?

Chloe: Brooklyn and I have been friends for awhile, and love hanging out, so it’s all in good fun. And that’s all I’m going to say about that.
