EXCLUSIVE: Andi Dorfman's Stalker Nightmare!

By now, Andi Dorfman is clearly used to being the focus of attention, but she’s discovered that the exposure can come at a price. Star has exclusively learned that a Pennsylvania man in jail for homicide, has made a number of wild and disturbing claims about The Bachelorette; just days before she was to choose between Josh Murrary and Nick Viall on the series’ finale. A rambling handwritten legal document was found, and filed publicly in a local courthouse.

Christopher Wirth was arrested in January 2012 after he crashed the car he was driving more than 90mph on a rural road while drunk, instantly killing his girlfriend. During his sentencing, the judge labeled the now 23-year-old as the most “arrogant” defendant she had ever seen, and a “danger to your community.”

That dangerous side came out on July 10, 14 months after Wirth’s May 2013 incarceration, when he filed a case in the local District Court for Western Pennsylvania, with a four-page document in which he calls himself a “legal representative,” naming Andi and the United States of America as defendants. Writing that Andi “cheated on her exams at Wake [Forest]” and that she’s “corrupt,” Wirth makes the outlandish claims that when she was working as an assistant district attorney, Andi “embezzled funds to get lavish gifts for herself [like] breast implants,” that she’d “snort cocaine before court to get a competitive edge” and “send naked photos of herself to judges,” among other allegations.

Wirth also indicated that he watched Andi on The Bachelor and Bachelorette, by saying that she gave Juan Pablo Galavis, Josh and Nick STDS. He ultimately calls for the reality star to be investigated for “fraud.”

A show insider insists, though, that Andi won’t be intimidated by news of Wirth’s warped attention. “Andi’s really strong, and given her legal background, she’s probably dealt with troubled individuals before,” the insider tells Star. “A show like The Bachelorette, which obviously revolves around love and romance, could unfortunately lend itself to its share of strange infatuations with viewers. But all you can do is move on with your life, and that’s what Andi’s doing.”
