It’s been awhile since we’ve seen Shia LaBeouf act out in public, but on Thursday, he was back at it! He wasn’t wearing a paper bag over his head this time, but he was causing commotion during a production of Broadway’s Cabaret in New York City.
In fact, it got so bad, that the actor had to be handcuffed and escorted out of the show, which stars Michelle Williams and Alan Cummings. An NYPD spokesperson confirmed that Shia has been charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass.
“While at Studio 54 he was upsetting patrons, being loud and yelling,” the spokesperson explained. “He’ll be jailed. There will be a court appearance for this matter.”
According to Broadway World, the 28-year-old was in tears as he was being taken away by police.
