Nearly two weeks after Tracy Morgan was involved in a car accident that left his friend dead, the comedian has been transferred from the hospital to a rehab center. His rep confirmed the news Friday.

“Tracy has been transferred to an undisclosed rehab center, where he is expected to remain for the next few weeks,” the rep said in a statement. “While he is continuing to show signs of improvement, he still has a long way to go. He and [fiance] Megan wanted to publicly express their deepest gratitude to everyone at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for the unbelievable care and attention they provided him.”

On June 7th, a Walmart truck barreled into the limo bus Tracy was riding in. Four other vehicles were also involved. The actor was left with several injuries, including a broken leg, broken femur, broken nose and several broken ribs.
