After giving birth to twins in November, mother of six Kim Zolciak wasted no time getting her sexy pre-pregnancy body back. The breakout star of the Real Housewives of Atlanta and her own spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy for the Wedding, tells Star how she did it.
How did you get back into shape so quickly?
I maintained eating healthy throughout my pregnancy and stayed active during and after my pregnancy.
What fitness and diet regimen do you use now?
I don’t believe in diets — I eat in moderation. I also work out, doing 30 minutes of cardio and weights, and I had help from Xenadrine to get me through my workouts.
How do you find the time to exercise while also looking after six kids?
It’s hard, but I try to work out while the babies are in school or sleeping. Also, I take the four little ones on a walk every day.
You look amazing in your bathing suit, but when do you feel most confident?
Thank you, I’m happy the way I look now…. I’m most confident when I have no makeup on, hair pulled back and in my sweats.
What advice would you give to women trying to bounce back after a baby?
Stay active, eat healthy and make sure you use your belly cream!
