More than eight months after her DUI arrest in September 2013, Dina Lohan has finally found out her punishment. Lindsay Lohan’s mom was sentenced to 100 hours of community service in New York’s Nassau District Court on Tuesday.
Additionally, the 51-year-old’s license has been suspended for a year, and she was fined $3,000. She’ll also have to participate in a drunk driving program and victims impact panel, according to ABC News.
When she was pulled over last year, Dina had a blood alcohol level of .2 percent and was driving 22 mph over the speed limit. She pled guilty last month.
