It’s been months since Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth called off their engagement, but that doesn’t mean the love is lost! Although it doesn’t seem the former couple have interacted much, if at all, since the split, the singer took to Twitter to address some rumors about their relationship.
On Friday, Miley performed at G.A.Y. nightclub in London, where she went on a rant that many perceived to be about her ex. “Every time you get in my car, you’re going to hear my f—ing song on the f—ing radio, you piece of s–t,” she said, before performing “Wrecking Ball.” She added, “So I’m going to tell those motherf—ers that broke my heart, particularly one, to suck my d–k and to enjoy hearing this song for the rest of your life.”
In a tweet Tuesday, though, the 21-year-old cleared things up. “just FYI what I said the other night at G.A.Y had nothing to do with Liam,” she wrote. “I was just tryin to rile up the boys.”
Surprisingly, she even went as far to admit that she still cares about the Hunger Games star. “I never want hateful things being said about those I care about…” she tweeted afterward. “I was just tooooo turnttttt up.”
