Kickin’ it back in high gear! After Kim Kardashian gave birth last June, she was very open about her use of the Atkins diet to lose the pregnancy weight. Throughout the last several months, the reality star has been showing off her post-baby body with skin-tight and revealing outfits, but during a fan Q&A, she admitted she noticed a recent weight gain.
“I actually saw I gained some weight back when I saw pics of myself and started [Atkins] again,” she revealed. “Had to check myself.”
While on Atkins, the 33-year-old significantly lowered her carb intake, but that’s not all she’s doing to stay in shape. “I work out 5 times a week & try to eat as healthy as possible,” she added.
Kim is currently planning her wedding to Kanye West, which is reported to take place in just two months!
