Time to get back on the road! After Robin Thicke canceled a third concert on Tuesday, the singer announced that he’s ready to continue his tour as planned. Following his separation from Paula Patton, which the duo announced Monday, the 36-year-old wrote a short message to his fans on his website.
“I want to thank everyone for the well wishes these last few days,” he wrote. “My fans mean everything to me. I’m looking forward to getting back out on the road and performing in Washington DC this Thursday, and the rest of the tour. Looking forward to seeing everyone out there!”
The “Blurred Lines” singer canceled a concert last Friday and Saturday, telling fans he’d lost his voice. However, according to reports, he actually made one last attempt to save his marriage by flying to Vancouver, where Paula is currently shooting a movie. On Tuesday, Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort in North Carolina announced that, due to “unforeseen circumstances,” Robin’s concert for that night was going to be rescheduled.
