In 2013, Kris Jenner separated from Bruce Jenner, while her daughter, Khloe Kardashian, filed for divorce from Lamar Odom. The family’s relationship struggles will be documented on Season 9 of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but Kris sat down with Carson Daly on Thursday to discuss both situations.
“We’re best friends,” she said, of her relationship with Bruce. “We talk all the time and right now we’re just…we’re just happier the way that we are right now. Life is normal except we’re living in two different houses.”
The 58-year-old also talked about sharing the separation with her family, which she explained wasn’t too hard, because she and Bruce had already been living separately. “Our family is so amazing and there’s a lot of love and support,” she gushed. “I think, after all the different decisions we made individually, we always seem to come together as a family at the end of the day.”
As for Khloe’s divorce, Kris admitted that it’s been difficult. “It’s always tough when one of your kids goes through something like this,” she explained. “My heart is always with them 150 percent. With Khloe, it’s been tough what she’s been going through, but we’re just doing the best we can.”
Recently, Khloe and Lamar put their home on the market for $5.499 million.
