Fans went crazy when Justin Bieber announced in a radio interview earlier this month that he was retiring. While it was never officially confirmed whether the pop star was joking or not, he cleared things up on Twitter Christmas Eve…sort of.
“My beloved beliebers I’m officially retiring,” he tweeted, which immediately prompted massive outrage from fans.
Less than an hour later, though, the Biebs alluded to the fact that his tweet was a joke and stab at the media. “The media talks a lot about me,” he added. “They make a up a lot of lies and want me to fail but I’m never leaving you, being a belieber is a lifestyle.”
Regardless of whether or not he’s making music, he made sure his fans know he’s not going anywhere. “Be kind loving to each other, forgive each other as god forgave us through Christ Merry Christmas IM HERE FOREVER,” he wrote.
Afterward, Justin continued to promote his movie Believe, which came out Christmas Day. He also uploaded a few videos of himself singing during the holiday.
